My part in the work
Azure DevOps pipelines, Bicep/Terraform changes and Kubernetes deployment configuration. This included workload onboarding, Helm, ingress, resource management and deployment troubleshooting across cloud engineering, operations and product teams.
The practical test
A platform convention becomes useful when a product team can move a change reliably through the intended process. Security, governance and review are real constraints. Good developer experience makes them understandable and repeatable instead of simply bypassing them.
What this experience demonstrates
I work at the connection between platform and product development. That means changing configuration and pipelines, and explaining the assumptions a deployment must satisfy. Technical quality and clarity belong together.
