CloudOps: December 2021 – October 2022
My scope covered operations for AWS and Azure product environments. This role forms part of my background in cloud operations.
SRE: March 2023 – January 2024
Kubernetes operations across Azure regions, maintenance and incident support. This included work on infrastructure with Terraform and Pulumi, and automation using Python, Bash and PowerShell.
An operational perspective
When troubleshooting, I look at the relationship between infrastructure, configuration and application behaviour. An individual status or dashboard is a starting point for further investigation.
